Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required.
• State of Ohio Licensure in Speech/Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations using standardized measures.
• Creates management/treatment programs aligned with diagnosis and department protocols.
• Documents care for medical records and insurance requirements per division standards.
• Demonstrates ability to care for pediatric patients across physical, psychological, social, educational and safety needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
