Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in children's homes. You will work under an SLP and help children improve communication, feeding, and swallowing while supporting family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Current Texas SLPA license, or eligible by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support treatment plans addressing communication, articulation, language, feeding, and swallowing.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with supervising SLPs and care team.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans to support each child’s goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team to promote carryover.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
