Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Home Health Pediatric SLPA to deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy in patients’ homes under supervision. You’ll help with communication, feeding, and swallowing goals while partnering with families and the care team.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) with a sign-on bonus for full-time caseloads, plus mentorship, benefits and PTO. Texas licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLPA program.
• Current Texas SLPA license or eligible by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support treatment plans addressing communication, feeding and swallowing needs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising SLPs.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to promote progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:
