MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide one-on-one therapy in pediatric home settings across Texas. You'll work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, focusing on speech, language, feeding, and swallowing goals, with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLPA program.
• Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision.
• Support treatment plans addressing communication, feeding, swallowing goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team for carryover.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
