Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12.
  • Develop and implement IEPs with teachers, families and teams.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy as needed.
  • Monitor student progress and document thoroughly.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational environment.

Job description

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington State as an SLP
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services is a plus
  • Commitment to individualized and culturally responsive care for diverse student needs
