Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract serving students throughout the full academic year. This role is suitable for Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking hands-on experience or experienced clinicians with CCCs looking to broaden expertise within a collaborative educational setting.

You'll assess, plan, and deliver direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• ASHA CCCs or active Clinical Fellowship.
• Eligibility for Washington State SLP licensure.
• Washington ESA certification or willingness to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language assessments and provide direct therapy to students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and student records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
