Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Texas. You will perform evaluations, design treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinicians to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license for Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or in progress.
• Current CPR certification and minimum 1 year SLP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home/community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding disorders.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence‑based speech‑language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
• Bilingual
