Job summary

Glenwood seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide school and clinic-based services, primarily for children and adolescents with ASD and language disorders. The Therapist will work with a multidisciplinary team under the Director, ABA Services.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and SLP certification, plus 2+ years’ experience with autism and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, teachers, and IEP teams to plan and deliver effective

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and SLP certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in autism, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health-related behaviors.
• Knowledge of Autism, Emotional Disturbance, and other Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify speech, language, and/or communication needs for IEP and treatment plan; establish baseline and plan sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and share assessment information with teaching staff, parents, and residential staff.
• Collaborate with the IEP and Treatment teams to develop the language and communication program.
• Work with agency professionals to ensure high-quality services; maintain professional ethics.
• Fulfill professional development requirements and other assignments.
