Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services to students aged 4–21, including those with high-needs autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

You will work as part of interdisciplinary educational and therapeutic teams, conduct assessments, and develop individualized intervention plans, using varied service delivery models to support student communication and development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• IL PEL with Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• IDFPR license required. Experience working with children with autism and with AAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals ages 4–21.

Job description

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals ages 4-21 with high-needs autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Function as a collaborative member of interdisciplinary educational and therapeutic teams. Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans as appropriate. Utilize a variety of service delivery models.

• 4 days/week (Therapeutic day school)
• 5 days/week (Therapeutic day school)
• > 30 hours/week (clinic)
