Requires Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state (Illinois preferred).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and conducts speech and language evaluations.
• Develops written plans of care and implements individualized treatment.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Completes documentation, statistics, billing, and scheduling per policy.
• Ensures patient safety and infection control.
