Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an entry-level Speech-Language Pathologist I to provide diagnostic evaluations and intervention services across inpatient, outpatient, outreach, and telehealth settings. The role is part of a Career Advancement Program (CAP) and requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities include collaboration with families and other providers, documentation in accordance with standards, and participation in professional development to advance clinical and educational

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC/Speech-Language Pathologist credential required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred or required in some contexts.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic evaluations consistent with current practice and department standards.
• Provides developmentally appropriate intervention services.
• Collaborates with families, physicians, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains documentation in accordance with department standards and timeframes.
• Participates in professional development to improve clinical and educational outcomes.
