Job summary

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with communication disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

This role requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and at least two years of licensed experience, preferably in a pediatric medical setting. Candidates must also obtain a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology upon hiring.

Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years licensed experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • At least one (1) year licensed experience in a pediatric medical-based setting preferred.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Independently evaluates patients with communication disorders using standardized tools.
  • Develops individualized treatment plans and updates patient goals.
  • Educates patients and families on communication skills and therapies.
