Job summary

Minnesota Autism Center in Rochester, MN seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to identify, assess, and treat children with speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will consult with behavior therapy teams to integrate communication-based programs and train clinical staff.

Develop individualized Plans of Care, participate in meetings with SPOT Coordinators/CEO, and assist with funding-related documentation to support the client’s

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• Current license or in process to practice SLP in Minnesota.
• CCC from ASHA; Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision available.
• Prior autism and pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evaluate treatment programs and plans of care for assigned clients.
• Administer standardized speech and language evaluations.
• Respond to referrals for service promptly.
• Provide leadership and training on therapy strategies to staff and supervisees.
• Schedule clients in coordination with the clinical team and document progress.
