Job summary

Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized care primarily to children and young adults ages 0–21 with developmental and communication needs. You will collaborate with ABA teams and other clinicians, travel among Twin Cities locations, and support AAC-heavy caseloads.

The role offers flexible part-time scheduling with potential to convert to full-time as the business grows, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Minnesota SLP license or eligibility for licensure before providing services.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
• Ability to work across service settings and travel among Twin Cities locations.
• Experience with AAC and complex communication needs preferred.
• Willingness to complete Safety-Care or similar training.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong AAC interest encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, social communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide services across settings, including ABA centers, outpatient clinics, daycares, and schools.
• Support individuals who use AAC, including assessments and device trials.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to promote progress.
• Manage caseload and travel between service locations.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and billing.
