Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (Float) to join our Pediatric Rehab team. The role focuses on direct patient care, professional growth, outcomes assessment, and regulatory compliance across multiple pediatric rehabilitation sites in Minnesota.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders to improve departmental performance, with protected time for special initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology (Communication Disorders).
• Licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health.
• ASHA membership with either CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in pediatric rehabilitation settings.
• Support professional growth, development and outcomes assessment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in process improvements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, patients, families, physicians and other stakeholders.
