Job summary

Small Steps, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and feeding needs in a collaborative, play-based setting. You will develop individualized plans and coach caregivers to support carryover at home and in natural environments.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, mentors, and therapists, with opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and support children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy
• Document progress and coach caregivers for carryover at home and in the child’s natural environment
• Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to optimize outcomes
