As a Speech‑Language Pathologist at Small Steps, you’ll partner with families and fellow clinicians to evaluate and support children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, document progress, and coach caregivers to support carryover at home and in the child’s natural environment.
