Infant Feeding Therapist – Speech-Language Pathologist
Salary: $74,000–$84,000

Small Steps is seeking a full‑time Infant Feeding Therapist who is a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary infant feeding team.
This position focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating infants with feeding, swallowing, and oral motor needs. The Infant Feeding Therapist will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Lactation Providers, families, and other clinical professionals to provide coordinated and individualized care.
Evaluations are generally completed in the morning alongside an Occupational Therapist and Lactation Provider. Treatment sessions, caregiver education, and continued feeding support are provided throughout the remainder of the day.
The Infant Feeding Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct feeding therapy, monitor progress, complete documentation, and coach caregivers on strategies that support safe and successful feeding at home.
Extensive support, mentorship, and specialized training will be provided.
