Job summary

Charm City Therapy, a Maryland-based pediatric therapy center, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Gaithersburg. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, collaborating with teachers and families to maximize communication in academics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document and track progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy and language development initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor other clinicians when applicable.
