The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide therapy services. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Maryland Speech‑Language Pathology License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance.
• Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
• Supervise and support other clinicians, if applicable.
• Provide training and resources to school staff.
