Job summary

A health services provider located in Baltimore is seeking a qualified Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist to join their team. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders. They will also collaborate with staff and families to support effective communication within the classroom. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Maryland Speech‑Language Pathology License.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
• Supervise and support other clinicians, if applicable.
• Provide training and resources to school staff regarding communication disorders.
