Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled services in patients' homes or daytime facilities for children aged 0–21. The role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP completion, with pediatric and feeding experience preferred.

Responsibilities include evaluating communication disorders, planning interventions with a multidisciplinary team, and educating families and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLP.
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21 years, at least twice weekly.
• Define patients' speech-language-voice-oral-motor-swallowing impairments with appropriate testing tools.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals and interventions.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients through training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants with 3+ years of experience.
