Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
- Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements and complete charts on time.
- Maintain adherence to agency policies and standards for pediatric home-health care.
