The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pediatric experience and may supervise incoming therapists in the future, handling private clients, preschool, and school-based work.

Qualifications

• Illinois Speech-Language Pathology licensure required.
• 1–2 years pediatric experience; CF supervision possible in future.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Address client’s needs and skill development.
• Select and adapt speech therapy models to direct interventions.
• Apply interventions to maximize performance across needs.
• Parent caregiver education.
• Observe, note, and report progress toward treatment goals.
• Collect data and document processes.
• Complete notes and paperwork in a timely fashion.
