Qualifications

• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Perform evaluations with focus on receptive and expressive language, articulation, and related skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with team and participate in mentoring of staff.
