Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy. The SLP will evaluate, treat, and coach families to support communication goals in clients' homes, ensuring effective treatment and caregiver coaching.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Assess receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, and cognitive–communication skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Communicate progress with families and provide home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Maintain patient records and supplies; support quality assurance activities.
• Mentor students and new hires and participate in professional organizations.
