Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in clients’ homes. You will lead therapy sessions, guide families, and tailor plans to support communication, feeding, and language development in a home-based setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with caregivers, ongoing progress documentation, and participation in QAPI and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in a home health setting.
• Evaluate patients and direct caregiver in therapy tasks.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services as needed.
• Maintain records and equipment; participate in QA and continuing education.
