Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado Springs is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support pediatric clients in an interdisciplinary early intervention model. You will deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy and AAC interventions for children aged 2–6, integrating ES DM-informed approaches to maximize communication outcomes.

You will collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and families to set meaningful goals and translate therapy into daily skills, while pursuing ongoing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required, unless Clinical Fellowship position applies.
• Current license to practice speech language pathology.
• Experience with children preferred.
• AAC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver pediatric speech therapy for ages 2-6 in an early intervention setting.
• Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists and clinicians.
• Integrate ES DM-informed approaches to early intervention and family goals.
• Collaborate with families to create practical strategies for daily use.
• Work with RBTs and clinicians to reinforce communication throughout the day.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and evolving needs.
