Job summary

Therapitas in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF for our outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and supervise SLPAs and CFs as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; CF eligible or licensed.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license or eligibility.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric clients.
• Document services using an EMR system to meet standards.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members for integrated care.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs and CFs as appropriate.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.

Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.

Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation)

SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.

Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
