Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in McKinney, TX seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinic-based, one-on-one services for pediatric and adolescent patients. Enjoy a collaborative environment with ABA, OT, and SLT supervisors, delivering 30-minute sessions and co-treating with a supervising team.

This full-time role offers uncapped biweekly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (preferred).
• Unencumbered Texas state license to practice.
• Preferably at least three years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with ASD.
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions.
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA CCC (preferred)

Texas state license (unencumbered)

3+ years experience with Autism (preferred)
