Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is a leading BCBA-owned ABA organization providing multidisciplinary care. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work on-site at the Fort Worth clinic, delivering 1:1 SLP services in 30-minute sessions and collaborating with BCBA and OT teams to support pediatric patients with ASD.

The role emphasizes assessments, individualized plan development, and regular parent communication. Flexible part-time positions are available for qualified candidates seeking scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
• ASHA CCC is preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas State license required.
• Preferably 3+ years experience with children with Autism (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent patients with ASD.
• Provide 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with Speech Supervisor, BCBA, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents/caregivers on treatment and patient progress.
