Job summary

KELLY PEDIATRIC THERAPY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for an Early Intervention program serving preschool children ages 3-5 in and around Norristown, PA. The position starts part-time and can build to a full caseload as desired.

Travel between clients is required and compensated as indirect time. We offer independent contracting flexibility, ongoing mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders, and access to an Early Intervention-Based Academy and

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• PDE Teacher Certification.
• Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Implement specialized therapy treatment, techniques, and instruction in accordance with IEPs of students served.
• Participate in IEP and multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop and revise therapy interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan classroom-based activities and ensure carry-over of learning.
• Provide consultative services to parents in the therapy program of their child.
• Compile, maintain, and file all required student documentation and reports in compliance with deadlines and relevant laws.

KELLY PEDIATRIC THERAPY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for a local Early Intervention Program (Preschool age 3-5 years old) in and around Norristown, PA.
*This position will start part time and be able to build to as full of a caseload as desired.
*Travel is required between clients and paid as indirect time.

• Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expense in providing evaluation materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapists to borrow as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Implement specialized therapy treatment, techniques, and instruction in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) of students being served.
  
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and multi-disciplinary team meetings to assist in evaluating student needs/progress and to develop and/or revise individualized therapy interventions, objectives, and goals.
  
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and implement classroom-based activities and instructional techniques to ensure carry-over of learning.
  
• Provide consultative services to parents in the therapy program of their child.
  
• Compile, maintain, and file all required student documentation and reports incompliance with deadlines, confidentiality laws, federal and state laws, State Board of Education regulations, and school administrative policies and procedures.
