Job summary

People Incorporated in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (fee-for-service) to provide home-based services to children from birth to 3 in natural environments. Flexible schedule with a Monday–Friday pattern and no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families on IFSPs, participating in assessments and team consultations, and supporting feeding, autism, and social-communication needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts with EI experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to collaborate with families on IFSPs and attend meetings.

What You'll Do

• Provide home-based speech/language services to child birth to 3 in natural environments

• Participate in assessments, team consultations, and family meetings
• Support children with feeding, autism, and communication disorders

What You'll Need

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
• Early Intervention experience is preferred
