Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at our DFW clinic — a clinician who wants a full caseload of kids they see week after week, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver.

Expect a four-day clinic week with 30-minute sessions, paid evaluations and sessions, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. This is an in-person role at our Dallas‑area clinic.

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
• Pediatric experience across articulation, language, fluency and pragmatic skills.
• Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week.
• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and share findings with families in plain language.
• Provide one-on-one 30-minute speech therapy sessions for kids.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are.
• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate care with OT and PT for a connected plan.

What you’ll do

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week
• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and share findings with families in plain language
• Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based 30‑minute speech therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence
• Deliver evidence‑based treatment across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
• Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are
• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates
• Coordinate care with OT and PT so every kid gets one connected plan
• Create a play‑based environment where kids are treated like kids first
