Job summary

Oaklin Lane in Dallas, TX is hiring a full-time Feeding Therapist (SLP) with feeding expertise at our DFW clinic. You’ll carry a full caseload, perform comprehensive feeding evaluations, and be paid for every evaluation and 30-minute session, with a four-day clinic week that supports balance and impact.

We provide purpose-built feeding rooms, ready-to-use materials, and an interdisciplinary team focused on pediatric feeding, swallowing, and mealtime success for children of all ages.

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
• VitalStim certification, or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire.
• Medicaid credentialing preferred, or willingness to complete immediately upon hire.
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric feeding therapy - evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across a wide range of feeding needs.
• Deep understanding of oral-motor development, dysphagia management, sensory feeding challenges, and mealtime behavioral dynamics.
• Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week.
• Complete comprehensive feeding and swallowing evaluations and share findings with families in plain language.
• Provide one-on-one 30-minute feeding therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence.
• Build individualized feeding plans for each kid - oral-motor skills, swallowing safety, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime success.
• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care.
• Coordinate care with SLP, OT, and PT so every kid gets one connected plan.

Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time Feeding Therapist at our DFW clinic - a Speech-Language Pathologist with feeding expertise who sees a family's table as more than a place to eat, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver.

What you'll do

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week

• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care


• Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates


• Coordinate care with SLP, OT, and PT so every kid gets one connected plan


• Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first

• Pay tied to the work itself. You earn $100 per evaluation and $50 per 30-minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule - clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide.


• A four-day clinic week. Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions. Feeding sessions run 30 minutes, so your day is built in clean, predictable blocks.

What to expect

• Pay: $100 per evaluation · $45 per 30-minute session


• Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - Fridays reserved for make-up sessions - No nights or weekends


• Location: In-person at our DFW Oaklin Lane clinic
