Job summary

Oaklin Lane, a pediatric therapy clinic in the Dallas area, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to manage a full caseload of children. You will provide evaluations and play-based 30-minute sessions, building evidence-based treatment plans and coordinating with OT/PT to ensure connected care.

You must hold Texas SLP licensure and be comfortable using EMR systems. The role offers a four-day workweek with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Experience with pediatric articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of pediatric clients seen weekly.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and share findings with families in plain language.
• Deliver one-on-one, 30-minute therapy sessions in a play-based format.
• Develop and implement treatment plans across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Document sessions accurately in EMR and coordinate with OT/PT for integrated care.
