• Clinic, Home Health, and Telehealth

Position Details

• Sign-on bonus potential for full-time
• W2 model
• Salary range: $70,720 - $104,000 annually
• Productivity bonuses
• Opportunities for AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) training and evaluations, with additional compensation

Responsibilities

1. Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of clients.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
3. Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
4. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
5. Provide caregiver education to facilitate skill carryover at home.
6. Coordinate services across home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

1. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
2. Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.
3. One year of experience preferred; CF candidates are welcome.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).
5. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
