Position: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Locations: Chandler, Gilbert, and Casa Grande, Arizona

Service Areas: Clinic, Home Health, Telehealth

Benefits: Sign-on Bonus potential for Full-time, W2 Model, Salary range: $70,720 - $104,000 annually, Productivity Bonuses, AAC training and evaluations support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide caregiver education for skill carryover at home.
• Coordinate services across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current AZ licensure/certification as an SLP.
• One year of experience preferred; CF candidates welcome.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
