We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team, helping children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.

• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.

• Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.

• Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.

• One year of experience as a Speech Therapist preferred (CFY candidates welcome to apply!).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
