Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Per Diem Social Work Lead in Pediatric Hematology & Oncology to supervise interns and staff, perform biopsychosocial assessments, and coordinate patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.

The role requires LICSW, a Masters in Social Work, 5–7 years of clinical social work experience, and strong leadership and collaboration skills. Hybrid work is available at 32 Fruit Street.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health is required.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.
• 5–7 years of clinical social work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to interns, LICSWs and other staff in the absence of a manager.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop biopsychosocial treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient needs and plan care.
• Document biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and guidance to peers and staff.
