Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to deliver pediatric speech therapy under supervision of a licensed SLP. Work within an interdisciplinary team to implement early intervention strategies based on ES DM and play-based activities.

On-site, full-time position in Centennial, CO. You will collaborate with OTs, BCBA s, and psychologists; participate in family goal-setting and coaching, and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field meeting state requirements.
• Active state licensure or registration as an SLPA.
• ASHA C-SLPA certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus; AAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy sessions for children ages 2–6.
• Implement functional communication interventions including AAC in an early intervention setting.
• Integrate speech and language goals into ESDM-informed care model.
• Collaborate with RBTs, OTs, and other clinicians to reinforce goals.
• Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies.
• Support children with autism through play-based communication interventions.
