Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Westminster is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to deliver pediatric speech therapy for children ages 2–6 under supervision. The role emphasizes early intervention, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing professional growth.

This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$75,000 per year, with a yearly bonus up to $3,800 and additional opportunities for clinical certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field meeting state requirements.
• Active state licensure or registration as an SLPA.
• ASHA C-SLPA Certification (or eligible).
• Experience with pediatric speech therapy and AAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy sessions for children ages 2–6 under supervising SLP.
• Implement functional communication interventions and AAC strategies.
• Integrate speech goals into an early intervention, play-based care model.
• Collaborate with RBTs, OTs, and other clinicians to reinforce goals.
• Partner with families to develop practical strategies for home use.
