Job summary

Celebrations Speech Group, Brentwood, CA, is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support pediatric therapy across clinic, school, home, and community settings. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, delivering direct therapy and documenting progress.

Ideal candidates are organized, compassionate, and team-oriented, capable of building rapport with children and families while following HIPAA and company procedures. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold California SLPA license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, families and team members.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently under supervision and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under supervision of licensed SLP.
• Provide services to pediatric patients across clinic, school, home and community settings.
• Complete daily documentation including SOAP notes and treatment updates.
• Assist in progress reports and treatment planning as directed by supervising SLP.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and clinical team members.
• Balance direct treatment, documentation and scheduling efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation per policy.
• Attend staff trainings and supervision meetings as required.
• Participate in team collaboration and contribute to a supportive environment.
• Follow HIPAA and clinical standards; perform other duties as assigned.
