Celebrations Speech Group Inc. in Brentwood, CA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support pediatric therapy across clinic, school, home, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP and help with therapy implementation and documentation.

Ideal candidates are organized, patient-centered, and collaborative, with CA SLPA licensure. New grads are welcome.

Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Brentwood, CA. This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized, and motivated SLPA who enjoys working with children and families in a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Details

About the Role

The SLPA will provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position requires strong communication, organization, documentation, and time management skills. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include

Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Provide services to pediatric patients in clinic, school, home, and/or community-based settings.

Complete daily documentation, including SOAP notes, treatment updates, and related records.

Support progress report preparation and treatment planning as directed by the supervising SLP.

Qualifications

Current California SLPA license required.

Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.

Experience in pediatric, school-based, clinic-based, or home-based services preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build positive rapport with patients, families, and team members.

Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
