Celebrations Speech Group Inc. in Brentwood, CA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support pediatric therapy across clinic, school, home, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP and help with therapy implementation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current California SLPA license required.
• Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Provide services to pediatric patients in clinic, school, home, and/or community-based settings.
• Complete daily documentation, including SOAP notes and treatment updates.
• Support progress report preparation and treatment planning as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, clinical team members, and supervisors.
• Manage time effectively between direct treatment, documentation, scheduling, and related responsibilities.
• Maintain organized and accurate patient documentation per company policy.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision meetings as required.
• Participate in team collaboration and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.
• Follow company policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable clinical standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

About the Role

The SLPA will provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position requires strong communication, organization, documentation, and time management skills. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
