Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based contract serving K-12 students near Harrisburg, PA. You will join a collaborative team and deliver services under a W2 arrangement with comprehensive benefits.

The role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and CCC-SLP (preferred). CFY candidates are considered, with opportunities to work onsite or via teletherapy and to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates considered.
• Experience with pediatric populations and teletherapy platforms.
• Ability to develop IEPs and collaborate with parents, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain timely documentation, including progress reports and compliance paperwork
• Provide services onsite or via teletherapy as needed to meet student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals
