Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract serving elementary students just outside the Harrisburg, PA area for the remainder of the school year. You will deliver impactful therapy in a supportive educational environment focused on student success.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities to work across teletherapy and in-person delivery models to support a dynamic pediatric caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• PA state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with pediatric populations; school-based and teletherapy valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students per IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and complete progress reports.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms and in-person methods as required by the district.
• Maintain compliant documentation and timely reporting.
