Job summary

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat pediatric clients, develop individualized plans, document in EMR, and collaborate with families and school staff to support communication and feeding goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida license.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems.
• Set measurable goals and track progress based on Plan of Care.
• Manage caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, early intervention, and care teams.
• Provide education, guidance, and support beyond therapy sessions.
