Job summary

Ruleme Center in Eustis, Florida is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN to evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy across ages with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
• Use evidence-based methods and cutting-edge techniques to boost patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success.
