Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida to evaluate and treat patients across age groups. You will perform comprehensive assessments, design personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing skills.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document sessions, and educate families on strategies for daily communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or eligible is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy for communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Use evidence-based methods and innovative techniques to improve progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Track progress and document sessions.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies.
