Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat pediatric clients, develop individualized plans, document in EMR, and collaborate with families and school staff to support communication and feeding goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems.
• Set measurable goals and track progress based on Plan of Care.
• Manage caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed.

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. What You'll Do

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients

• Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Florida SLP License
• NPI and Medicaid provider number
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism
• Commitment to ethical practice, growth, and compassionate care
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (minimum age 21) for program-related travel
